1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 586jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available through the website at 586jl.net and any associated mobile or application interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 586jl Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 586jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts pending investigation.

You are required to keep this information current and to notify 586jl promptly of any changes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords ("OTP") issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 586jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. 586jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID), proof of residential address, and documentation verifying the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 586jl may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.5 Account Currency. All 586jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion or game.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 586jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per method, as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 586jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and applicable KYC verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms; placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and the use of automated software or bots.

5.4 Promotion Availability. 586jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are limited to one per household address, shared device, shared IP address, or payment method.

6. Gameplay Rules

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Settled odds are final. 7. Prohibited Conduct

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 586jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 By 586jl. 586jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) your account has been compromised or is being used by an unauthorised third party; or (d) regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate such action.

11.2 By the Player. You may close your 586jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances and the resolution of any pending withdrawal requests.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any forfeited bonus balances) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

13.1 586jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 586jl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-Platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of the 586jl Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
